General Terms and Conditions for chris-box.eu
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers residing in the EU via the online shop of CHRIS box AG, Fabrikstrasse 10, 8360 Eschlikon/CH, Tel: +43 55 227 10 40, info@chris-box.eu, VAT No. ATU76804059, hereinafter referred to as CHRIS box, place via the online shop.
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of products on the CHRIS box brand shops does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to place a binding order (offer to conclude a contract).
2.2 By clicking on the order button, the customer places a binding order for the products listed on the order page.
2.3 Immediately after receiving the order, CHRIS box will confirm receipt of the order by email. The purchase contract is only concluded when CHRIS box confirms shipment of the goods by email (order or shipping confirmation) or, at the latest, upon delivery of the goods.
2.4 After completion of the order, no voucher or discount codes can be redeemed.
3. Right of return
3.1 Customers have the right to return the goods within 30 days of delivery. The right of return is exercised by completing the return form and returning the goods. The return must be sent to CHRIS box AG, Schmittengasse 18, 6820 Frastanz/AT.
3.2 Exercising the right of return results in the conversion of the purchase contract into a reversal transaction, whereby the services received under the purchase contract must be refunded. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the consumer.
3.3 Upon receipt of the goods, the purchase price already paid will be refunded to the customer immediately.
3.4 We reserve the right to deduct from the purchase price to be refunded or to issue an invoice for any damage, excessive wear and tear of the goods or damage to the original packaging of the goods. No deduction shall be made if the loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods necessary to determine their nature, quality and functionality. CHRIS box AG may refuse repayment until it has received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
3.5 The right of return is excluded if:

the period of 30 days after delivery has been exceeded

the goods are damaged

the products are not in their original packaging
4. Prices and shipping costs
4.1 The prices stated on the product page include statutory value added tax and other price components and are in euros (EUR).
4.2 In addition to the prices stated, shipping costs may be incurred depending on the delivery address, quantity of goods, and items. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to the customer during the ordering process. There are no additional costs for delivery within the EU.
5. Delivery terms
5.1 Delivery is only made to delivery addresses within Austria.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the standard delivery time is 1–4 days.
5.3 If not all of the products ordered are in stock, CHRIS box is entitled to make partial deliveries. The customer will not incur any additional costs as a result of partial deliveries.
5.4 If delivery of the goods fails through the fault of the customer despite three delivery attempts, the seller may withdraw from the contract. Any payments made will be refunded.
6. Terms of payment
6.1 CHRIS box accepts various payment methods, which are listed in the shops.
6.2 When paying by credit card, the customer's account will be charged at the time of the order, unless otherwise agreed.
6.3 Offsetting against counterclaims of the customer that are not recognized or have not been legally established is excluded.
6.4 The customer may only exercise a right of retention if the claims are based on the same contractual relationship.
7. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of CHRIS box until full payment has been received. Prior to the transfer of ownership, pledging, transfer by way of security, processing, or alteration without the consent of CHRIS box are not permitted.
8. Warranty
8.1 CHRIS box provides warranty by remedying defects. This shall be done at its discretion by subsequent performance, namely by remedying a defect (repair) or delivering a defect-free item (replacement delivery).
8.2 If the subsequent performance fails, the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract. This does not apply to minor defects. The customer's right to a reduction in price is excluded.
9. Liability
CHRIS box excludes liability for slightly negligent breaches of contract. The same applies to breaches of contract by auxiliary persons and substitutes.
10. Data protection
CHRIS box undertakes to comply with the data protection regulations in accordance with the GDPR when processing customer data. Further information on the handling of customer data can be found in the separate privacy policy of CHRIS box. This can be viewed on the website chris-box.eu.
12. Final provisions
Should any provision of these general terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
